You have the option to create an account. This will make payment quicker on return visits. We’ll also keep you up to date with new products, promotions and events via email.
Once your payment has been received we will confirm your order by sending an email. This brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect any changes to VAT. Prices shown are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery will be confirmed at the time of order payment. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival at their destination country. Payment of these are the responsibility of the customer.
We strive to represent our items accurately. It is not possible to guarantee exact colour representation due to the constraints of digital publishing. It is not possible to guarantee products made from natural materials such as wood will have the same colour, shade, pattern or finish. Measurements are approximate and may vary according to the size of the item.
We accept payment by debit, credit card or bacs bank transfer. These are secure encrypted ways of making payment. We also accept payment by cheque, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to pay by cheque. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
We deliver with Royal Mail, Parcel Force and TNT. Delivery is free in the UK, some items require a signature. For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery is charged at direct carrier cost. Delivery outside of the UK requires a signature. Our items are usually dispatched within 3-4 days, often 1-2 days, and you will usually receive your order within 2-3 days of dispatch. Please email email@example.com if you would like your items for a specific date. Very occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay delivery. If this happens, we will keep you informed. We cannot, however, accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order form and confirm that all items and delivery addresses are correct. You may cancel your contract with us for the items you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day, from the date you place your order, providing your items have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the goods have been dispatched then please refer to our returns policy.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
We do not deliver to your area.
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your credit, debit card or bank account as soon as possible, usually within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment.
If you are not happy with your order please email email@example.com within three days of receiving, with your return reason and request a returns form. We will send a returns form to you by post, which you will need to complete within 14 days and return with the item/s. On the form you can indicate whether you would like a return or exchange. Any items returned without a returns form will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, and will remain responsible for all returned items until they reach us. We advise that a proof of postage certificate be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the Post Office.
We are not liable for missing items or items damaged in return delivery. The item/s you return must be in new, unused, condition and in the original packaging. There must be no marks on the item or packaging. We will not accept any item that shows any indication of use. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. All correctly returned items will be credited to the original customers credit, debit card or bank account.
Pack the item/s in suitable packaging with the returns form. Do not send items back by addressing directly onto the ByShop product box. This will be considered damaged and the exchange or refund will therefore not be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after the returned package has been received by us and deemed to be in an acceptable condition.
